Collar X Malice

I adore this one! It has a very special place in my heart. I always love Otomes that have more "mature" storylines. It's a pretty serious story involving a terrorist group and a discussion around the usage of guns in society. I really loved the main plot and loved the characters. I always recommend this one to people who think otomes are only fluffy or mushy slice of life.

Piofiore: Fated Memories

Another one that I just LOVE. It's story is also quite serious and dramatic with some very disturbing plotlines. The main character is taken in by one of three groups in the mafia. There's a lot of themes of sexual exploitation, abuse, and crime.

Olympia Soirée

This one is pretty good and has interesting world building (With some awkward implications) I really enjoyed it but felt it lacking in some parts. It does have some fantastic bad endings that stuck with me long after playing. (I always love a good bad end!)

Bustafellows

Absolutely amazing game. I describe it as an otome that puts romance secondary to the plot. It's got such a cool plot, amazing characters, and just a fun and awesome vibe. I'd totally watch this as an anime! Can't recommend it enough!
